About the Taiwan Shute University
Taiwan Shute University is a new university of science and technology, established with the aim of providing the best learning environment for both domestic and international students. Shute University is committed to striving for excellence in teaching and enhancing the standards of training in the fields of commerce, services, and design. The predecessor of the university is the Shute Institute of Technology, founded in 1986 in Yen Chau, Kaohsiung. Since 1997, the university has been offering four undergraduate programs: Information Management, Business Administration, Applied Foreign Languages, and Interior Design.
In 1998, four additional programs were added: Insurance and Finance, Visual Communication Design, Fashion Design, and Early Childhood Education. The current university system consists of 5 colleges, 15 departments, and 9 graduate schools. Through teaching programs, research, opportunities for lifelong learning, and collaborations with private enterprises, public organizations, and non-governmental organizations, Shute University is gradually fulfilling its mission of training industry experts with creativity and the necessary experience to successfully face the challenges of the 21st century.

About Professor Teresa Lin Ju
Professor Teresa Lin Ju, born in 1950 in Taiwan, pursued her education in the United States. She holds a Doctorate in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University (USA, 2000) and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA, 1984). Throughout her career, she has engaged in extensive work and research in the specialized field from 1978 to 2011, holding various positions such as advisor and research institute director. From 2000 to 2008, she worked at Taiwan Shute University in multiple roles, making significant contributions to the institution.
Professor Teresa Lin Ju has made significant contributions to educational cooperation between Vietnam and Taiwan.
Professor Teresa Lin Ju has played a significant role in connecting educational activities between Taiwan Shu-te University and universities in Vietnam. Currently, she holds the position of Professor in the Department of Information Management at Lunghwa University (Taiwan). Additionally, she serves as the Director of the Taiwan Education Center in Da Nang, Vietnam, as well as the Director of the Taiwan-Vietnam Education Development Cooperation Center.

The contributions of Professor Teresa to education in Vietnam - Taiwan.
During her tenure, Professor Teresa has made significant and positive contributions to the educational cooperation between Vietnam and Taiwan. She has implemented numerous collaborative training and research programs among various universities in Vietnam and Taiwan, including information exchange, forums, conferences, support, and scholarship applications for bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies for faculty members and students from Vietnamese universities to study in Taiwan.

Professor Teresa actively supported and assisted Vietnamese students when they began their studies at Taiwan Shute University and other universities in Taiwan. Thanks to her help, many students were able to adapt and progress in their studies more easily and quickly. In recognition of her positive contributions, on June 18, 2015, Deputy Minister Bui Van Ga, on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, presented Professor Teresa with the prestigious commemorative medal for her educational career. This is the highest honor awarded by the Ministry of Education and Training to individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the educational field in Vietnam.
On August 12, 2015, Professor Teresa visited Vinahardware company to tour and visit her former students. Mr. Bui Nhan Tien, representing Vinahardware, had studied at Taiwan Shute University and received significant support from Professor Teresa.
