Sanding & Surface Preparation — Code 1903.1.0022 | Vinahardware
Overview
Vinahardware’s Sanding & Surface Preparation process (Code 1903.1.0022) readies wood and panel materials for finishing (paint, lacquer, veneer, HPL). We handle solid wood, MDF/HDF, plywood, melamine-faced boards, HPL and composite substrates using wide-belt sanding, orbital finishing, edge sanding and hand finishing. Dust extraction, tack-cloth cleaning and inspection ensure optimal adhesion and visual quality of subsequent coatings.
