We provide secondary operations including reaming, tapping, countersinking, boring and deburring, offering turnkey holemaking solutions for prototypes and volume production.
Equipment & Capabilities
-
Manual & radial drill presses for large fixtures and low-volume parts.
-
CNC drilling centers and machining centers with peck drilling, through-coolant and automatic tool changers.
-
Multi-spindle drilling machines for high-volume repeatable hole patterns.
-
Gun-drill and deep-hole drilling units for high length-to-diameter ratios.
-
Tapping heads, reamers, countersink tooling and deburring stations. Jigs & fixtures are built in-house for precision positioning.
