Overview
Vinahardware’s Threading & Tapping process (Code 1903.1.0019) delivers comprehensive thread-making capabilities for internal and external threads across a wide range of parts and applications. Services include CNC tapping (through and blind holes), multi-spindle tapping for high-volume runs, thread rolling for external threads, thread grinding for precision screws and shafts, thread repair (inserts/Helicoil), and secondary operations such as drilling, reaming and finishing.

Quality & Inspection

Tolerance and fit per ISO/ANSI standards; inspection by plug & ring gauges, thread micrometers, optical comparator and CMM.

Batch QC reporting and traceability provided on request. For critical components, full measurement reports and sample images are supplied.
Process Flow

Customer submits drawings (DXF/STEP) and thread list.

Vinahardware proposes the optimal method (cut tapping vs. rolling), tooling and fixture plan.
