Overview
Vinahardware’s Turning service (Code 1903.1.0016) provides precision turning on CNC lathes (including live-tooling and Swiss-type machines) and large hydraulic lathes for medium and high-volume production. We manufacture shafts, bushings, spacers, studs, housings and other rotational components to tight tolerances, with integrated secondary operations (drilling, tapping, boring, milling, grinding).
Capabilities
-
Machine types: multi-axis CNC turning centers, live-tool lathes, Swiss-type sliding-head machines for small parts, automatic bar feeders and heavy-duty hydraulic lathes for larger diameters.
-
Operations: turning, facing, threading, grooving, boring, drilling, tapping, live-tool milling, parting, grinding.
-
Materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminium, brass, copper, engineering plastics.
-
Size range & tolerances: flexible — typical tolerances ±0.01 mm → ±0.05 mm depending on geometry and specification. Surface finish and concentricity control available; CMM inspection on request.
Quality & Testing
-
In-process sampling, dimensional checks with calibrated micrometers, thread gauges and optional CMM for critical features. Batch QC records and photo documentation provided. Traceability by lot/serial per customer request.
