Overview
Vinahardware’s Tube Laser Cutting (Process 1903.1.0043) provides precision cutting of round, square and rectangular tubes and hollow profiles for frame structures and boxed steel systems. Using CNC tube/fiber laser machines, we deliver clean-cut edges, precise hole/slot positioning, bevels for welding and complex profiles for accurate assembly.

Materials: carbon steel, galvanized tubes, stainless steel (SUS304/316), aluminum (thin gauge).

Diameter & section: capable of common tube sizes (machine-dependent; typical up to ~Ø200–300 mm).
