Overview
Vinahardware’s Tube Forming process (Code 1903.1.0014) offers precision forming services for round tubes into oval (elliptical) profiles, tapered (conical) tubes and other special variable profiles. Using roll-forming lines, mandrel rotary-draw benders, swaging and end-forming equipment, we deliver parts suitable for furniture frames, architectural elements and contract-fit assemblies.
Capabilities

Profile types: oval/elliptical, tapered/conical, stepped, and variable cross-section tubes.

Secondary processes: mandrel bending, swaging, reducing, flaring, end-forming, laser/tube-cutting and hole punching on tube bodies.

Materials: carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel (SUS304/316), aluminium and brass.

Wall thickness & size: flexible ranges depending on machine and spec; typical wall thickness 0.4–6.0 mm (configurable).
Quality & Tolerances

Dimensional control for profile, ovality and length; typical tolerances depend on part size (profile tolerance ±0.1–0.5 mm; length ±0.5 mm as guideline).

Inspection by profile gauges, calipers and 3D measurement if required. Batch traceability and QC photo records provided.

Lead Time & Ordering

Sample prototype: 3–7 days. Production runs: 5–14 days for small-medium volume; lead time varies with complexity and surface finish. MOQ is flexible; tooling/setup charges may apply for specialized profiles.
