Tube Bending Service — Process 1903.1.0015 | Vinahardware
Overview
Vinahardware’s Tube Bending process (Code 1903.1.0015) offers precision bending services for round and profiled tubes using CNC mandrel rotary-draw benders, multi-axis tube benders, roll-benders and induction bending systems. We manufacture complex bent parts for furniture frames, handrails, structural supports and industrial assemblies, with integrated services for notching, laser hole cutting, end-forming, welding and surface finishing.
Equipment & Capabilities
-
CNC mandrel/rotary-draw benders for distortion-free bends on thin-walled tubes.
-
Multi-axis CNC tube benders for 3D bends, multiple sequential bends without re-fixturing.
-
Roll benders for large radius bends and curves.
-
Induction benders for heavy wall or large diameter tubes.
-
Secondary processes: tube laser/notching, swaging, end-forming, TIG/MIG welding, deburring, polishing/ passivation, powder coating.
Materials & Typical Ranges
-
Materials: stainless steel (SUS304/316), carbon steel, galvanized tube, aluminum, brass.
-
Diameters & wall-thickness: flexible depending on machine; typical wall thickness from 0.4 mm to 6 mm+; diameters from small to large (machine-dependent).
Accuracy & Quality
-
Bend angle & positional tolerances: typically within ±0.2°–±1° depending on size & spec.
-
Positional tolerances for holes/notches: ~±0.2–0.5 mm when combined with laser/notching.
-
In-process sampling, jig/fixture verification and batch QC reporting available; 3D measuring/CMM optional for critical parts.
Lead Time & Ordering
-
Prototype/sample: 1–5 working days.
-
Production runs: 3–21 working days depending on complexity, quantity and surface finish.
-
MOQ: flexible; tooling/setup charges may apply for specialized fixtures or mandrel tooling.
