Press-Brake Bending Process — Code 1903.1.0012 | Vinahardware
Overview
Vinahardware’s Press-Brake Bending service (Code 1903.1.0012) delivers high-precision sheet metal bending using hydraulic and CNC press-brakes. We fabricate bends, hems, flanges, and complex multi-bend parts for enclosures, brackets, frames and contract furniture. The service is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum with capacities tailored to project needs.
Equipment & Capabilities
-
CNC/hydraulic press brakes with tonnage range (e.g., 40T–250T) and bending lengths up to 3–4 meters.
-
Wide toolset (V-dies, gooseneck punches, hemming tools) and back-gauge systems with crowning compensation for long parts.
-
Support for multi-bend sequencing, bend allowance/K-factor programming and fixture tooling for repeatable positioning.
Materials & Typical Ranges
-
Materials: Cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless (SUS304/316), aluminum.
-
Thickness: commonly 0.5–6 mm (depending on material & tonnage).
-
Accuracy: angle tolerance typically ±0.5° and positional tolerances of ±0.5 mm (configurable per spec).
Process
-
Receive drawings/blank list → program CNC bend sequence → prototype sample & approval → production run with in-process inspection → finishing (deburr, coating) → QC & packing.
Quality & Traceability
-
Dimensional & angle checks using gauges and jigs; sample or 100% inspection per agreement. Batch QC reports and photo records available for export documentation.
Lead Time & MOQ
-
Flexible MOQ from prototype to large volume production. Typical lead times: sample 1–3 days, small runs 2–7 days, larger orders 7–21 days depending on complexity and surface finish.
