Overview
Vinahardware’s Casting & Finishing service (Code 1903.1.0006) provides end-to-end production capabilities for metal and plastic castings: zinc alloy (Zamak) die-casting, aluminum die-casting, gray/ductile iron castings, investment casting, and plastic injection/ casting. Services include mold design & manufacture, trial runs, mass production, post-cast machining, NDT testing and surface finishing (plating, powder coating, painting, polishing, PVD, anodizing).
Capabilities

Metal casting: High-pressure die casting (Zamak, Al), sand casting and investment casting for iron/steel parts.

Plastic molding: Injection molding for engineering plastics (ABS, PC, PA, POM, TPU) and casting for PU/epoxy parts.

Mold services: In-house mold design (CAD/CAM), CNC/EDM machining, mold flow simulation and mold trials.

Post-processing: Deburring, shot blasting, CNC machining, threading, heat treatment, NDT (ultrasonic/penetrant) when required.
