1. Product Overview
Vinahardware’s model 2400.1.03006 is a structural stiffener bar designed to keep solid-wood or engineered-wood tabletops perfectly flat throughout their service life. Installed on the underside of the panel, the 3 mm-thick steel bar counteracts seasonal moisture movement, preventing cup-shaped warping (“bow” and “sag”) in tables, counters and workbenches that exceed 600 mm in width.

Decoiling → CNC shearing → Progressive die punching → V-bending & roll-forming → Jig welding of end plates → Blasting + phosphate → Electrostatic powder coating → 100 % flatness & coating-thickness inspection. Lines certified ISO 9001:2015.
